摘要：国际学术界应用社会网络分析方法研究求职问题已经有30多年的历史。其代表性的成果有以格兰诺维特代表的强弱连带理论和以林南为代表的社会资源—社会资本理论。本文将两种理论进行比较,并试图由此讨论其方法论及理论对管理学创新的启迪。
It has been over 30 years for international academy to study job searching by using social network methods. The representative results are strong-weak tie theory presented by Mark Granovetter as well as social resource and social capital theory by Nan Lin. The paper compares these two theories and discusses the methodologies and the revelation to management research innovation.
