摘要:选用Pt为活性组分,γ-Al2O3、γ-Al2O3-碳纳米管(CNT)和活性碳纤维布(ACC)为载体,制备了用于热电薄膜氢气传感器的负载型Pt催化剂,研究了3种载体对负载型Pt催化剂活性的影响。实验结果表明,在载体中加入CNT可有效提高负载型Pt催化剂的活性;ACC的高比表面积使Pt/ACC催化剂的活性最高。确定了Pt/ACC催化剂的最佳制备条件:Pt质量分数19.9%,还原温度180℃,还原时间3h。将Pt/ACC催化剂与热电薄膜结合进行氢敏性能测试,测试结果显示,使用Pt/ACC催化剂的热电薄膜氢气传感器在室温下即具有优异的性能,在30℃下表现出最高的饱和温差(47℃)和快速响应与恢复性能;在160℃以下对工作气体的选择性极佳。
Supported Pt catalysts used in thermoelectric film hydrogen sensor were prepared by solgel method and impregnation separately. Effects of three supports, namely γ-Al2O3, γ-Al2O3-carbon nanotube(CNT) and active carbon fiber fabric( ACC), on catalyst activity were investigated. CNT can effectively enhance activity of the catalyst. ACC with high specific surface area results in the highest activity of Pt/ACC catalyst. Optimal conditions for preparation of Pt/ACC catalyst were: Pt mass fraction 19.9%, reduction temperature 180 ℃ and reduction time 3 h, Pt/ACC catalyst in thermoelectric film hydrogen sensor exhibits excellent hydrogen-sensing properties at room temperature with high temperature difference (47℃ )output, quick response and recovery capability. The selectivity to hydrogen gas on Pt/ACC catalyst is very good below 160 ℃.
