摘要:通过分子设计以苯硼酸、二苯基二氯硅烷、三氯乙烯和丁基锂为原料,合成了主链上含硼、硅元素和炔基的耐高温硼硅炔杂化树脂聚(乙炔-苯硼酸-硅烷)(PEBS)。PEBS树脂能溶于多种低极性的溶剂,如丙酮、四氢呋喃等。采用红外光谱、核磁共振、热重分析等方法分析了PEBS树脂的结构、固化行为及耐热性能。结果表明,PEBS树脂的固化峰值温度为285℃,固化反应为C≡C之间的Diels-Alder反应和三环化反应。此外,PEBS树脂在N中的T(质量损失5%时的温度)为609℃,900℃的质量保留率为89.3%。
Through molecular design, using benzene boric acid, diphenyl dichloride silane, trichloroethylene and butyl lithium as raw materials, high-temperature borosilicate acetylene hybrid resin poly(acetylene-benzene boric acid-silane)(PEBS) containing boron, silicon element and alkynyl group in the main chains was synthesized. PEBS resin can be dissolved in a variety of low polar solvents, such as acetone, tetrahydrofuran, etc. The structure, curing behavior and heat resistance of PEBS resin were analyzed by FT-IR, NMR and TGA. The results show that the peak curing temperature of PEBS resin is 285 ℃ and the curing reaction is Diels-Alder reaction and tricyclic reaction between C≡C group. In addition, T(5% mass loss temperature)of PEBS resin is 609 ℃ in N, and the mass retention rate is89.3% at 900 ℃.
