摘要：现代药理学研究表明,石斛多糖具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、调节免疫及降低血糖等功能,其诸多应用价值引起了众多专家学者的广泛关注。文中概述了近年来国内外在石斛多糖的结构分析、分离提取以及功能作用领域的研究进展,为石斛多糖的进一步研究及其产业化应用提供依据。
Modern pharmacological studies showed that Dendrobium polysaccharides display wide range of functions, such as antioxygenic properties,anti-tumor,immune function adjusting and reducing blood sugar,etc. which has provoked great interest among many researchers. The review presented a representative and comprehensive overview of the structure analysis, separation and extraction, and function of Dendrobium polysaccharides, which will benefit for the further study and industrial applications of Dendrobium polysaccharides.
