摘要:采用气体间接物理吸收技术 ,在 453~ 534K、0 .5~ 5MPa的实验条件下 ,测定了甲醇合成气中 H2 、CO、CO2 在三乙二醇二甲醚溶剂中的溶解特性并与甲醇在相同溶剂中的溶解度进行了比较。结果表明 :随温度增加 ,H2 溶解度增加 ,而 CO、CO2 则降低 ;在实验范围内 ,三种气体的溶解过程均符合亨利定律。该溶剂对甲醇具有很强的吸收能力 ,在相同的条件下 ,各组分溶解度的关系为 :CH3 OH CO2 >CO>H2 。
Solubilities of synthesis gas components H 2,CO,CO 2 in triethylene glycol dimeethyl ether solvent were measured at temperatures ranging from 453K to 534K and at pressures ranging from 0.5 to 5MPa by means of indirect gas physical absorption technique. It was shown that solubility of H 2 increases whereas solubilities of CO、CO 2 decrease as temperature increases. Under experimental conditions Henry'law can be held for solubility process of three components. Besides, by comparing solubilitites of various gases with that of methanol, it can be concluded that the solvent selected in this work possesses obvious absorption ability for methanol. The experimental results provided necessary basic data for engineering analysis of solvent methanol process.
