摘要:NOVELTY - Semi-continuous preparation of poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) (PBO) comprises: (a) adding terephthalic acid, 4,6-diaminoresorcinol dihydrochloride, polyphosphoric acid and phosphorus pentoxide into the kneader via belt discharging screw rod conveying device, mixing the materials and performing dehydrochlorination, conveying the mixture into a kettle, (b) stirring the mixture in the kettle, then conveying to a filter for filtering, (c) passing the filter mixture into screw extruders, and polymerizing to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for semi-continuous preparation of PBO (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method includes addition of raw material into the kneading kettle, and carrying out dehydrochlorination of monomers, so as to increase the high viscosity system of surface, increase the speed of dehydrochlorination. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Semi-continuous preparation of poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) (PBO) comprises: (a) adding terephthalic acid, 4,6-diaminoresorcinol dihydrochloride, polyphosphoric acid and phosphorus pentoxide into the kneader via belt discharging screw rod conveying device, mixing the materials and performing dehydrochlorination, conveying the mixture into a kettle, (b) stirring the mixture in the kettle at 120-180 degrees C under de-foaming condition for 1-10 hours , then conveying to a filter for filtering, (c) passing the filter mixture into at least 2 screw extruders connected in series, and polymerizing to obtain the product, where the polymerization temperature in the screw extruder is controlled at 130-220 degrees C.
