摘要：开发了连续催化重整再生器氧含量软测量系统。通过几种建模方法的比较 ,确定采用基于PLS建立软测量模型。在现有DCS基础上 ,适用VB编程和组态王软件实现对再生器氧含量的在线软测量。
Soft measurement system of oxygen content of continuous catalytic reforming regenerator is developed. Through comparing of several modeling methods, the establishment of soft measurement model by using PLS is determined. Based on existing DCS, by using VB programming and Kingview configuration software, on-line soft measurement of oxygen content of regenerator is implemented.
