摘要:对生物质流化床快速热裂解-固定床催化重整一体化制氢中有效催化剂的选择及其性能变化进行了研究。选取空白试验、白云石、镍基催化剂进行对比实验。结果表明:高温有利于氢气产率和气相产品气碳元素选择性的提高,镍基催化剂的催化效果明显强于白云石,后者对一氧化碳有较好的选择性。对镍基催化剂的连续催化及循环失活再生研究表明,每次再生后的催化剂其活性都有一定程度的下降,对甲烷的催化效果降低比较明显。XRD及SEM研究表明实验中催化剂失活的主要原因是镍金属晶粒在载体表面的烧结。
Study on the selection of effective catalysts and its performance in integration of hydrogen production from biomass via fluidized bed fast pyrolysis-fixed bed catalytic reforming process. Comparison experiments were conducted using blank experiment, calcined dolomite, nickel catalyst. The results indicated that high temperature favor the hydrogen yield and carbon selectivity of gas products, the catalytic effects of nickel catalyst is remarkable stronger than dolomite, the latter has a better selectivity of carbon monoxide. Continuous catalyze and deactivate-regenerate cycle of nickel catalyst shown that, the activity of catalyst have a certain degree of decline after each regeneration, the catalytic effects of methane decreased notably. XRD and SEM results demonstrate that the main reason for catalyst deactivation was the nickel metal grain sintered on the supporter surface.
