摘要:研究壳聚糖在乳酸介质中的氧化降解工艺 ,以制备数均分子量为 2 0 0 0~ 30 0 0的壳寡糖。通过条件实验得到最佳工艺条件为 :2 0g壳聚糖溶于 8mL乳酸中 ,滴加w =0 .30的H2 O2 5mL ,于 5 5℃下反应 6h。温室试验结果证明壳寡糖对黄瓜具有良好的促生长作用。
The oxidative degradation of chitosan in the presence of lactose and hydroperoxide to prepare the chitoligmer with the molecular weight from 2 000 to 3 000 was studied. The best reactive conditions are as follows: 20 g chitosan, 8 mL lactose, 5 mL hydroperoxide of 30%, temperature 55 ℃ and reactive time 6 h. It is proved that the chitoligmer can upgrowth the cucumber with a great extent by the application of it in agriculture.
