摘要:重大水利基础设施智能建造通过构建并运用数字化平台,整合多方资源,从而促进多重价值的形成。虽然既有研究表明,数字化平台的通用性、兼容性与扩展性是价值形成的关键属性,但在重大水利基础设施数字化平台中能够实现的具体价值主张尚不清晰,呈现关键属性的平台特征亦有待深入探究。基于模块化视角对杨房沟水电站进行案例分析,探讨重大水利基础设施数字化平台如何通过模块化设计促进不同类型价值的形成。研究发现:重大水利基础设施数字化平台的价值主张包括构成型、生成型、涌现型价值;在知识、流程、组织、服务层面呈现显著的模块化特征。研究可揭示重大水利基础设施数字化平台的价值形成机理,为其他类型重大基础设施数字化平台建设与价值实现提供理论参考与实践借鉴。
The intelligent construction of water conservancy infrastructure megaprojects relies on digital platforms to integrate heterogeneous resources,thereby enabling the creation of multiple forms of value.Although existing studies have identified universality,compatibility,and scalability as key attributes underpinning platform-based value formation,the specific value propositions that can be realized in digital platforms for water conservancy infrastructure megaprojects remain insufficiently understood.Moreover,the platform characteristics through which these attributes are operationalized warrant further investigation.Adopting a modular perspective,this study conducts an in-depth case analysis of the Yangfanggou Hydropower Station to examine how modular design facilitates the formation of different types of value in digital platforms for water conservancy infrastructure megaprojects.The findings reveal that the value propositions of such platforms can be categorized into constitutive value,generative value,and emergent value.These value propositions are supported by pronounced modular characteristics manifested across the knowledge,process,organizational,and service dimensions.By elucidating the value formation mechanism of digital platforms in water conservancy infrastructure megaprojects,this study contributes to a deeper theoretical understanding of platform-based value creation and offers practical insights for the development and value realization of digital platforms in other types of infrastructure megaprojects.
