摘要：本文在回顾西方组织生态学理论的相关文献的基础上,首先将组织生态学的发展历史分为四个阶段,并指出四个阶段该理论的主要特点和贡献。其次,本文以四个概念为核心,分析目前组织生态理论中存在的一些主要问题。最后,指出组织生态理论未来的发展方向。
This paper reviews related literature of organizational ecology. To begin with, it points out the four stages of the theory's development and the major features and contributions of in each stage. Secondly, it proceeds to analyse some problems related to the theory. Lastly, it presents the directions in the research.
