摘要:NOVELTY - Synthesis of 4-oxy-4H-1-chromene-2-ethyl carboxylate compound (I) comprises treating substituted 2-acetylphenol for forming phenol salt under the action of an alkali, dripping diethyl oxalate to the phenol salt, reacting, heating, refluxing for 1-3 hours, cooling to less than 20 degrees C, stirring and dripping inorganic strong acid, increasing the temperature, refluxing for 1-5 hours, cooling the liquid material, filtering, washing the filter with water until it is neutral, and drying. USE - Method for the synthesis of 4-oxy-4H-1-chromene-2-ethyl carboxylate compound (I) (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is shortened, is carried out via one-pot process, and has a yield of more than 95.4%. The side reaction during dyeing the condensed product is avoided. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Synthesis of 4-oxy-4H-1-chromene-2-ethyl carboxylate compound of formula (I) comprises treating substituted 2-acetylphenol of formula (II) for forming phenol salt under the action of an alkali, dripping diethyl oxalate to the phenol salt, reacting completely, heating, refluxing for 1-3 hours, cooling the suspension liquid to less than 20 degrees C, stirring and dripping inorganic strong acid to the suspension liquid, increasing the temperature of the reaction material and refluxing for 1-5 hours, cooling the liquid material, filtering, washing the filter with water until it is neutral, and drying. R1, R2=nitro, halo, alkyl, alkoxy, allyloxy, alkyl sulfenyl, alkoxy substituted halogen atom, or naphthenic hydrocarbon phenoxy.
