摘要:比较了大孔吸附树脂AB-8、HZ-816、HZ-818、HZ-803、HZ-806、D101对柠檬苦素的吸附性能,筛选出最佳树脂HZ-816进行柠檬苦素的分离纯化实验。实验表明,HZ-816能有效的吸附和解析柚核中的柠檬苦素,并确定了最佳工艺参数。柠檬苦素样品溶液经HZ-816树脂吸附与脱附后回收率为60%,含量由2.1%提高到47.1%,提高了22倍。
The performance of adsorption for limonin with six macroporous resins AB-8,HZ-816,HZ-818,HZ-803,HZ-806 and D-101 was investigated. And HZ-816 resin,which the better macroporous adsorption resin was chosen,was used to do separation and purification research. The result shows that HZ-816 resin can adsorb and desorb limonin better. The best technology parameters of adsorption and desorption were obtained. After treated with HZ-816,the yield of limonin was 60%,and the content of limonin was increased from 2.1% to 47.1% with 22 times as high as the crude extracts.
