摘要:NOVELTY - Chlorine-resistant nano-filtration membrane is claimed. The aqueous monomer is 2,2'-bis(1-hydroxy-1-trifluoromethyl-2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)-4,4'-methylenebisaniline (I) and piperazine (II). USE - The membrane is useful as mixed diamine monomer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membrane has simple process, easy process amplification, and broadening the selection range of the base film, and has significant industrial practical application value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Chlorine-resistant nano-filtration membrane is claimed. The aqueous monomer is 2,2'-bis(1-hydroxy-1-trifluoromethyl-2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)-4,4'-methylenebisaniline of formula (I) and piperazine of formula (II). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of chlorine-resistant nano-filtration membrane comprising (i) adjusting the temperature of the experimental environment to 15-35 degrees C, and control the relative humidity of the laboratory at 45-65%, (ii) taking porous ultra-filtration membrane as base film, soaking in deionized water for 5 hours or more, removing by natural drying or nitrogen purging, removing the excess water on the basement membrane surface, (iii) preparing aqueous mixed monomer solution, (iv) preparing organic phase solution, (v) immersing the bottom membrane of the dried ultra-filtration membrane in an aqueous solution containing the mixed monomer for 1-10 minutes and then removing the solution, purging membrane by gas or air, and after the membrane surface is dried, immersing the organic phase in the organic phase solution for 5 seconds to 1 minute, removing organic solution on the surface of the membrane and performing interfacial polymerization of the membrane and then placing in the air for 1-10 minutes, carrying out heat treatment at 50-100 degrees C in the oven for 2-15 minutes, (vi) preparing active chlorine solution, and (vii) immersing the prepared nano-filtration membrane into an active chlorine solution for oxidation treatment for 0-10 hours, and rinsing with deionized water for 1-2 times at room temperature to obtain final product.
