摘要:采用常压热重分析仪研究了升温速率对副产炭黑CO_(2)气化反应性的影响,利用Friedman法求解了气化动力学参数,研究了副产炭黑超声处理前后的气化反应活性,并与神华煤的气化反应活性进行了对比。结果表明:副产炭黑CO_(2)气化反应过程由于存在不同的气化反应机理,其反应速率随温度的变化曲线呈双峰结构。副产炭黑的整个气化反应过程为两步动力学反应:第一步是转化率低于0.6时的反应,活化能为(174.8±15.7)kJ/mol,主要是与炭黑内部无定形碳的反应;第二步是转化率高于0.6时的反应,活化能为(229.1±16.1)kJ/mol,主要是与炭黑石墨外壳的反应。副产炭黑的气化活性低于神华煤的气化活性,对副产炭黑进行超声处理后,其平均气化反应速率提高了约0.27倍,最大气化反应速率提高了约0.4倍,综合性能指数显著提高,气化反应性能明显改善。
The atmospheric pressure thermogravimetric analyzer was used to study the influence of the heating rate on the gasification reactivity of black carbon in the CO_(2) atmosphere,and the gasification kinetic parameters was sloved by Friedman method.The gasification reaction activities of black carbons before and after the ultrasonic treatment were studied and compared with Shenhua coal.The results show that the gasification reaction process of black carbon in the CO_(2) atmosphere has a bimodal structure due to different gasification reaction mechanisms.The whole gasification process of the black carbon is a two-step kinetic reaction.The first step is the reaction before the conversion rate reaches 0.6.The activation energy of this step is(174.8±15.7)kJ/mol,which is mainly the reaction with the internal amorphous carbon of the black carbon.The second step is the reaction after the conversion rate reaches 0.6.The activation energy of this step is(229.1±16.1)kJ/mol,which is mainly the reaction with the graphite shell of the black carbon.The gasification activity of black carbon is lower than that of Shenhua coal.After the ultrasonic treatment of the black carbon,its average gasification reaction rate is increased by about 0.27 times,and the maximum gasification reaction rate is increased by about 0.4 times.The comprehensive performance index of the black carbon after the ultrasonic treatment is significantly improved,and its gasification reaction performance is significantly improved.
