摘要：现代社会,社会福利制度在多个层面影响着政策对象的个人生活。通过实证调查研究发现,中国近年来实施的农民工养老保障制度加深了农民工个人对于退休的理解,在人生计划中将工作与退休区别开的退休意识在农民工群体中开始出现,但是在制度发挥作用的过程中,农民工关于养老保障制度的主观感知以及对制度带给自身影响的评估,使得他们的个人生活规划没有完全按照制度的预设运行,这影响了他们的制度参与和制度的实践效果。基于当前农民工退休生活安排的特点和变化,本研究提出农民工养老保障制度未来发展中需要注意的问题。
In the modern society, the social welfare system affects the life of the individuals influenced by the policies at various levels. Through the empirical investigation, it is found that the old-age pension system of migrant workers in China has deepened their understanding of retirement, andsome of them begin to distinguish work and retirement in their life plan; their subjective perception of the old-age security system and their assessment of the impact of the system on themsdves have resulted in their personal life planning not operating exactly in accordance with the pre-established system, which affects their participation in and the effect of the system. Based on the characteristics and changes of the current retirement arrangements tbr migrant workers, this article points out the problems that merit attention in the future development of the old-age security system for migrant workers.
