摘要：NOVELTY - Method for preparing propionate, involves (a) dissolving fermented crude extract of Aspergillus fumigatus in 5-30% ethanol, and dispersing the obtained product in water, (b) loading the obtained product in non-polar macroporous resin column, and (c) eluting using 1-3 volumes water, discarding eluent, eluting using 70-100%, 3-9 volumes ethanol, collecting the obtained product, concentrating under reduced pressure, and evaporating the concentrate. USE - The method is useful for preparing propionate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to perform, and suitable for industrialization, and prepares propionate at higher yield.
