摘要:针对现有合成苯并二氢■嗪酮的方法大多存在底物范围窄、需要化学计量的氧化剂、副产物多等问题,发展了一种Pd/C催化N-取代水杨酰胺脱氢环化合成苯并二氢■嗪酮类化合物的方法。方法在无氧化剂和氢接受体条件下,以较高产率获得苯并二氢■嗪酮类化合物,氢气为唯一副产物,反应体系简单、原子经济性高、环境友好,符合绿色化学发展的要求。
Most of the existing methods for synthesizing benzodihydrooxazinones have problems such as a narrow substrate range,a stoichiometric amount of oxidant,and many by-products.A Pd/C-catalyzed N-substituted salicylamide dehydrocyclization method was developed to synthesize benzodihydrooxazinones.The method,without any oxidants and hydrogen acceptors,obtained benzodihydrooxazinones in a higher yield.Hydrogen was the only by-product.The reaction system has a simple reaction system,high atomic economy,environmental friendliness,and meets the requirements of green chemistry development.
