摘要:察了臭氧对畜禽废水中磺胺嘧啶(SD)的氧化特性,研究了溶液pH、阴离子以及腐殖酸对SD氧化效果的影响。结果表明,臭氧氧化SD符合拟一级表观动力学方程,pH增大有利于SD的氧化;阴离子与腐殖酸对臭氧氧化SD具有抑制作用,且NO3^->Cl^->SO4^2-。O3和HO^-均对臭氧氧化SD具有重要作用,酸性条件下以O3氧化为主,碱性条件下以HO^-氧化为主。臭氧氧化法去除实际畜禽废水中SD的速率低于模拟废水,10 min时实际畜禽废水中SD去除率为55.7%。LC-MS/MS分析确定了SD降解中间产物,推测了其降解途径并评估了各中间产物的生态毒性。
The ozonation of sulfadiazine(SD)in swine wastewater was investigated,and the effects of solution pH,anions and humid acid concentration on the ozonation efficiency of SD were studied.The results showed that the ozonation of SD could be well fitted by pseudo first order kinetic model.The increase of pH was beneficial for the SD oxidation,while the presence of anions(NO3^->Cl^->SO4^2-)and humid acid inhibited on the ozonation of SD.Both 03 and HO^-were contributed to the ozonation of SD,03 was dominant in acidic condition while HO^-was dominant in alkaline condition.The ozonation of SD in swine wastewater was much slower than that in simulated wastewater,where the SD removal in swine wastewater only reached55.7%at 10 min.The intermediate products in SD degradation process were identified by using LC-MS/MS,the degradation pathways were proposed,and the eco-toxicity of degradation intermediates was evaluated.
