摘要：The title compound, a key material for synthesis of coenzyme Q(10) , was effectively prepared in high yield by a reaction sequence starting from 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzadehyde via Wolff-Kishner reduction, Vilsmeier-Haack reaction, Dakin reaction, and methylation.
