摘要:在流化催化裂化中镁铝尖晶石是一种重要的脱硫添加剂。利用原位热重技术研究了酸法制备的 3种尖晶石在不同反应条件下的氧化吸硫 ,重点考察了铈和铁对尖晶石的调变作用。结果表明 ,3种样品均具有良好的氧化吸硫能力 ;随着氧化吸硫温度的升高 ,SO2 弱吸附减少 ,强吸附增强 ;有氧气存在比无氧气存在时样品的氧化吸硫能力提高了 4~ 6倍。
De SO x additive technology is currently an economical and effective approach for reducing SO x emission of fluid catalytic cracking units(FCCU) Under different conditions,Oxidization sulphur absorption of de SO x additives prepared by acidic method was studied by in situ TG analysis The promoting effects of individual components such as cerium and iron on spinels structure were investigated Experimental samples showed excellent capacity of oxidation sulfur absorption As temperature of oxidation sulfur absorption raised,SO 2 weak absorption decreased,strong absorption increased The capacity of oxidation sulfur absorption of the samples in oxygen increased by 4~6 times than that without oxygen
