摘要:NOVELTY - A core-shell structure nickel hydroxide/graded porous carbon composite material is prepared by dispersing graded porous carbon into 1sulfuric acid solution, acidifying, filtering, drying, and washing with deionized water to obtain graded porous carbon ball; adding graded porous carbon ball to deionized water, performing ultrasonic treatment and fully dispersing; and adding nickel nitrate hexahydrate to dispersed system, stirring to dissolve uniformly, adding water, adding hexamethylene tetramine, and continuing stirring, and reacting in hydrothermal reaction kettle. USE - Method for preparing core-shell structure nickel hydroxide/graded porous carbon composite material used as electrode material for super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared material has excellent electrochemical performance. The super capacitor prepared from the material has specific capacitance of 2952F/g, charging/discharging cycle of 1000 times and initial specific capacitance of 81%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Core-shell structure nickel hydroxide/graded porous carbon composite material is prepared by: (A) dispersing graded porous carbon into 1-3 M sulfuric acid solution, acidifying at 60-80 degrees C for 6-8 hours, filtering, drying, and washing with deionized water at 50-80 degrees C for 8-10 hours to obtain graded porous carbon ball; (B) adding 0.01-0.06 g graded porous carbon ball to 60-80 mL deionized water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 15-60 minutes, and fully dispersing; (C) adding 0.15-0.45 g nickel nitrate hexahydrate to dispersed system, stirring for 15- 30 minutes to dissolve uniformly, adding water, adding 0.35-1.06 g hexamethylene tetramine, and continually stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain mixed solution; and (D) putting mixed solution to hydrothermal reaction kettle, sealing at 60-100 degrees C, reacting for 10-24 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, using deionized water and absolute ethanol for washing, separating, drying to obtain desired composite material.
