摘要:以生物质盐酸水解发酵制酒精的废液为原料,利用其中不易被发酵的木糖制备高附加值的木糖醇。考察了利用传统的骨架镍作催化剂,在反应压力6.5MPa,反应温度130±5℃,催化剂用量为6.0g,接触时间为60min的条件下,木糖的转化率达95%以上,经此方法制备的木糖醇晶体达到要求。
The biomass hydrolyzed by hydrochloric acid creates discardable liquid containing xylose, taking it as the raw material to produce xylitol was studied in this paper. In this way, it can not only avoid polluting to the environment, but also utilize the waste well. The transform ration of xylose can over 95%, under the 6.5MPa, 130 ± 5℃ ,60 min contact time, and takeing 6. 0g Raney nickel as the catalyzer. Xylitol crystal in this way can satisfy the requirement.
