摘要：本文叙述了三个倍半萜类衍生物—2-甲基-6-苯基-2-庚烯-4-酮(Ⅱ),2-甲基-6-苯基-4-乙烯基-2-庚烯-4-醇(Ⅳ)及2-甲基-6-苯基-4-乙烯基-2,4-庚=烯(Ⅴ)的合成。初步药理筛选结果表明,(Ⅲ)有一定的抗生育活性。化合物(Ⅲ)、(Ⅳ)、(Ⅴ)均未见文献报道,测定了它们的结构并得到了证实。
The Synthesis of the three compounds—2-methyl-6-phenyl- 2-hepten4-one(Ⅲ), 2-methyl-6-phenyl-4-vinyl-2-hetepn-4-ol (Ⅳ) and 2-methyl-6-phenyl-4-inyl-hept-2, 4-diene (Ⅴ)-was described in this pape The preliminary pharmacological test showed that the antifertilityr. activity of the compound(Ⅲ)was satisfactory.The other two compounds were to be tested soon.None of the above compounds have been reported in the literature So a new route of synthesis to the title compounds was designed and their chemical, structures were identified.
