摘要:NOVELTY - A mesoporous pitch-based globular activated carbon is prepared by providing pitch-based globular activated carbon as raw material; impregnating metal salt solution with pitch-based globular activated carbon; drying sample at 50-300 degrees C until there is no obvious liquid to flow, performing secondary carbonization to impregnated sample with protection of inert gas; cooling to lower than 250 degrees C, fetching out sample, cooling sample to 50 degrees C and then acid washing to eliminate metal purity using hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or nitric acid solution (0.1-3 mo/L) to obtain desired product. USE - Method for preparing mesoporous pitch-based globular activated carbon (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides activated carbon having higher mesoporous ratio and narrow mesoporous aperture distribution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The mesoporous pitch-based globular activated carbon is prepared by: (A) providing pitch-based globular activated carbon having specific surface area of 500-2000 m2/g as raw material; (B) impregnating metal salt solution (0.3-20 wt.%) with pitch-based globular activated carbon at weight ratio of 0.01-0.2:1 for 0.5-20 hours; (C) drying impregnated sample at 50-300 degrees C until there is no obvious liquid to flow and then performing secondary carbonization to impregnated sample at 600-1200 degrees C for 0-10 hours with protection of inert gas; and (D) cooling to lower than 250 degrees C, fetching out sample, cooling sample to 50 degrees C and then acid washing to eliminate metal purity using hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or nitric acid solution ( (0.1-3 mo/L)) to obtain desired product, where inorganic metal salt is ferric nitrate, cobalt nitrate, nickel nitrate, copper nitrate, zinc nitrate, silver nitrate, ferric sulfate, cobalt sulfate, nickel sulfate, copper sulfate, zinc sulfate or silver sulfate; and inert gas is nitrogen or argon.
