摘要：基于我国正在制定有毒化学品的环境立法 ,需要研究化学工业发达的美国怎样规范化学品 ,特别是在健康安全、侵权、污染防治、市场调节等方面 ,借鉴其立法、司法经验 ,以促进我国化学品法律制度的完善与创新。
As the environmental law in regard to toxic chemicals is being made in China, it is necessary for us to do some research on how chemicals are standardized in chemical-industry-well-developed America. The article discusses the issue with special attention paid to people's health and safety, tort, pollution prevention and control, and market regulating, so that we can learn from their experience in legislation and judicature to help make our law of chemicals perfect and innovative.
