摘要:研究了循环浆态床气流段的气流量和液体循环量对气体停留时间分布的影响。实验结果表明,减小气流量或者增加液体循环量,气体返混程度变大,气体平均停留时间增长。建立模型模拟循环浆态床气流段气体停留时间分布,得到停留时间分布密度函数和物料分率p与射流相似准数Ct和气液动量比准数Cr的关联式。从关联式看出,气液动量比准数Cr越小,物料分率p越大,表明循环液体流量越大,气体停留时间分布越接近于全混流。这一结论与实验结果相符。
The effects of gas flow and circulating slurry flow on gas residence time distribution in circulating slurry reactor were investigated. The experimental results showed that decrease of the gas flow and increase of circulating slurry flow could improve the gas backmixing in the reactor and increase the gas mean residence time. The model of gas residence time distribution was built. The gas residence time distribution density function, the correlation of the model parameter p with dimensionless similarity number Ct and the momentum ratio Cr of gas to liquid were obtained. The correlation showed that Cr was smaller, then p bigger, in other words, when liquid circulating flow became larger, gas residence time distribution was more similar to complete backmixin, and the experimental results agreed with the calculated values from the correlation.
