摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing dichloropropanol continuously, comprises mainly two technical processes of reaction rectification and catalyst separation, including: (a) preheating the catalyst and glycerol, continuously introducing to a reaction rectification tower with hydrogen chloride to carry out reaction and then separation; and (b) adopting regular vacuum rectification method to separate dichloropropanol and catalyst from the reaction product. USE - The method is useful for preparing dichloropropanol. ADVANTAGE - The method: has high conversion rate (up to 99%), high dichloropropanol yield (up to 98%), low energy consumption, simple technique and zero tail gas discharge; and is capable of continuously preparing dichloropropanol having high efficiency. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the reaction rectification tower.
