摘要:用恒温盐浴法测试了辽河和管输减压渣油热裂解反应的转化性能,用简单的热裂解反应动力学模型对实验结果进行了关联,并求取了该模型的动力学参数。结果表明,热裂解动力学模型计算结果与实验结果能很好吻合。
This paper focused on the thermal kinetics of crude vacuum residue (VR). Liaohe and Guanshu VR thermally reacted at 400,420,440,460,480 and 500℃ for reaction times ranging from 8~150 minutes in the presence of nitrogen undes total pressure 0.5 MPa. Gas, naphtha, middle fraction, coke and VR yeilds had been determined. A simple kinetic model including five lumped species had been set up for VR thermal conversion. The model parameters had been determined by the optimization method. The model calculation results agree with the experimental results well.
