摘要:溶剂筛选是溶剂萃取脱除柴油中正构烷烃,改善柴油低温流动性能工艺过程的关键。本文应用三维溶解度参数球形模型研究了柴油中正构烷烃的分离,探索了依据溶解度参数筛选萃取溶剂的方法。采用基团贡献法估算了两种柴油(常三线馏分油AGO、减一线馏分油VGO)中的正构烷烃,以及11种溶剂(氯代烃、酮、酯)的三维溶解度参数从而得到溶剂与溶质互溶的判断依据Rs。通过研究Rs与各溶剂的正构烷烃析出率(E)的关系,发现正构烷烃析出率随着Rs的增大而增大。确定了正构烷烃析出率与Rs的一元线性回归方程,并通过F检验,发现正构烷烃析出率与Rs之间的线性相关性明显。研究结果表明三维溶解度参数球形模型可以为筛选萃取溶剂提供依据。
Selection of solvent is the key for extraction to separate n-alkanes from diesels and to improve the flow ability of diesels at low temperature.Sphere model with three-dimensional solubility parameters was applied in the solvent selection.The three-dimensional solubility parameters of n-alkanes in two diesels(atmosphere gas oil and vacuum gas oil) and 11 solvents(chlorinated methane,ketone and ester) are calculated by the group contribution method,and the solvent-solute dissolution judgment(Rs) was thus obtained.The n-alkane precipitation rate(E) was introduced to characterize the deposition efficiency of solvents.The relationship between E and Rs of every kind of solvent was investigated.The results indicate that E increased with the increase of Rs.The linear regression equation between E and Rs is determined.Verified by F-test,the significant linear relationship between E and Rs was found.Therefore,the three-dimensional solubility parameters sphere model can provide the basis for the solvent selection for extraction.
