摘要:以木屑为研究对象,进行浓硫酸水解,得到产物单糖。整个水解工艺过程分为两个步骤,即木屑和浓硫酸的混合过程和稀释水浴加热过程,分别对两个步骤中几个影响水解的主要工艺条件进行了研究。实验结果表明:酸固比(纯硫酸和木屑的质量比)对水解的影响较大,在酸固比为2时,混合过程35℃,80%(W)硫酸,反应120min,水浴过程稀释至30%,95℃,反应45min的情况下,单糖收率可以达到90%以上。
A biomass hydrolyzing process for producing glucose was investigated, through concentrated sulfuric acid hydrolysis of wood chips. The whole process was divided into two parts: the decrystallization step- the wood chips were mixed with the sulfuric acid and the hydrolysis step - the gel was diluted to a concentrated acid and heated to a certain temperature. A series of hydrolysis experiments under different reaction conditions were carried out toget the optimized condition: weight ratio of pure acid to dry wood chips is 2, temperature of 35℃, 80% sulfuric acid (W) and performing time of 120min for the first part, then temperature of 95℃, reaction time of 180 min, performing time of 45min, diluted to acid concentration of 30%. Under the optimized condition, the yield rate of the reached above 90%.
