摘要:采用石灰对高浓度甲醛废水进行预处理,考察了甲醛初始浓度、[Ca(OH)2]/[HCHO]摩尔比、反应温度、催化剂种类等因素对甲醛去除效果的影响。结果表明:甲醛初始浓度越高、[Ca(OH)2]/[HCHO]摩尔比越大、反应温度越高,反应趋于平衡的时间越短,甲醛的去除率亦越高。对一定浓度的甲醛废水,适宜的反应温度是65℃、适宜的[Ca(OH)2]/[HCHO]摩尔比值约为0.1。此外,实验还发现,只有当Ca2+和OH-同时存在时才能催化甲醛的去除,其它金属氢氧化物或氯化钙对甲醛的去除几乎没有催化作用。
Lime was applied for pretreating the wastewater which containing high concentration of formaldehyde. The effect of initial formaldehyde concentrations, molar ratio of calcium hydroxide to formaldehyde, reaction temperatures, and catalyst types on the formaldehyde removal efficiency were investigated. The results showed that the higher the initial concentrations of formaldehyde, the higher molar ratio of calcium hydroxide to formaldehyde and the higher the temperature, the less time was needed for the reaction towards balance and the higher formaldehyde removal efficiency was achieved. For a given initial formaldehyde concentration, the optimal reaction temperature and molar ratio of calcium hydroxide to formaldehyde are 65℃ and 0.1, respectively. In addition, it was proved that the formaldehyde removal reaction could be catalyzed by combined OH&^- and Ca^2+, and other metal hydroxides or calcium chloride were almost without any catalytic action for formaldehyde removal.
