摘要:为改善小功率变频器的低速扭矩特性,针对空间电压矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)控制方法,提出了改进的低速扭矩电压提升算法。该方法能有效提升低速扭矩10%,改善转速稳定性。已进行的系统总调表明:与传统的SPWM控制算法相比较,改进算法能有效改善磁场饱和与电机的发热情况,可靠实现电机转速调节,具有较高的性价比。
In order to improve the torque's characteristic of the small power inverter in low rotate speed, a new Algorithm based on SVPWM was proposed. The method can increase the torque by 10% in low rotate speed condition availably, and stabilize the rotate speed. Compared with traditional SPWM, the new method test shows that the design way can improve the saturation of magnetic field, reduce the motor's overheating, and regulate the stability of speed, which is effective and has high cost-efficiency .
