摘要:在 5 0 L 发酵罐中金霉素发酵适宜的接种量为 14 .0 %、种龄为 2 0~ 2 1h(种子效价为 2 0 0 μg/ m l左右 )。3种不同的酵母粉中 ,2号酵母粉对金霉素发酵的效果最好 ,效价比其余两种高 5 .3%和 4 .4 %。加入 0 .3%的酵母膏对金霉素发酵后期有一定的促进作用 ,效价比对照高 4 .4 %。在 12 0 m3发酵罐中 ,利用数据驱动型方法对发酵过程进行优化 ,金霉素效价达到 2 1912 μg/ m l,比对照高出 13%。
The optimal quantity and age of inoculation of chlortetracycline(1) fermentation were 14.0% and 20~21h(1 potency of inoculation was about 200μg/ml) respectively in 50L fermentor. Among three kinds of yeast flour, No.2 was the best and the potency of 1 was increased by 5.3% and 4.4% compared with the others. Some promotive effect on the later of stage 1 fermentation was observed with the supplement of 0.3% yeast extract. The technology of 1 fermentation was optimized with data-driving method, the 1 potency in 120m3 fermentor reached 21912μg/ml and was higher by 13% than the control.
