摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves adding pH sensitive ratio of fluorescent protein pHluorins in horseradish peroxide enzyme-indol -3 -acetic acid reaction system. Fluorescent intensity is changed according to ratio of fluorescent protein pHluorins of pH-sensitive to determine of the pH change in reaction process. A fluorescence intensity value of an excitation wavelength is ranged as 397nm/nm emission wavelength of 507nm and measured. A reaction system is provided with a reaction medium i.e. water or buffer solution. USE - Horse radish peroxidase-oxidase in -3 -acetic acid reaction pH change detection method. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes pH-sensitive ratio of fluorescent protein to reflect the horseradish peroxidase enzyme (HRP) and the prodrug of pH change in -3 -acetic acid (IAA) of reaction process, and simplifies fluorescence enzyme labeling instrument to obtain pH change result of real-time monitoring of reaction.
