摘要:NOVELTY - An alkyl substituted aromatic diamine is prepared by mixing alkylaniline, formaldehyde and organic solvent at a ratio of 10:1-2:1 in a reactor with a reflux condenser; adding catalyst; stirring at 100-150 degrees C for 1-2 hours in the presence of highly-pure nitrogen; subjecting obtained product to centrifuge; filtering and recycling the catalyst; vacuum rectifying the filtrate liquid while recycling organic solvent and un-reacted alkylaniline; dissolving dried product in ethanol; and re-crystallizing. The mixing ratio of catalyst and formaldehyde is 1:2-50. USE - Method of preparing an alkyl substituted aromatic diamine (claimed), preferably 4,4-diamino-3,3-di-tert-butyl-diphenylmethane. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes recyclable catalyst having high activity.
