摘要:以甲缩醛(DMM)和三聚甲醛(TOX)为原料,在间歇反应釜中采用大孔强酸性阳离子交换树脂D8099-T为催化剂,合成了柴油添加剂聚甲醛二甲醚(PODE_n)(n为聚合度),考察了反应温度、原料配比、反应时间、催化剂用量和反应压力对反应的影响,并研究了催化剂的重复使用效果。实验结果表明,较优的工艺条件为:反应温度60℃,原料配比n(甲缩醛)∶n(三聚甲醛)=2∶1,反应时间2.0h,m(催化剂)∶m(原料)=2.0%,初始N_2压力2.0MPa。在该工艺条件下,三聚甲醛转化率为90.86%,PODE_(3-4)收率为48.67%。催化剂重复使用8次后,其催化活性未明显下降。
Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers (PODE,, n: degree of polymerization) which could be used as diesel fuel additives were synthesized from trioxymethylene and dimethoxymethane in an autoclave using D8099-T, a macroporous strongly acidic cation exchange resin, as the catalyst. The effects of temperature, molar ratio of dimethoxymethane (DMM) to trioxymethylene (TOX), reaction time, catalyst dosage, initial N2 pressure and reuse of catalyst on the reaction were investigated. Under the optimized reaction conditions: 60%, molar ratio of dimethoxymethane to trioxymethylene of 2 : 1, reaction time of 2.0h, mass ratio of catalyst to feedstock of 2.0% and initial N2 pressure of 2.0MPa, the conversion of trioxymethylene and the yield of PODE3-4 were up to 90.86% and 48.67%, respectively. Moreover, the activity of the catalyst did not drop obviously after being reused for 8 times.
