摘要:苯基生物基两性表面活性剂可在无碱条件下将油水界面张力降至超低水平,是构建驱油体系可供选择的表面活性剂。本研究利用液相色谱串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)明确了苯基生物基两性表面活性剂强离子化的前体离子及其最强子离子,通过选择最佳前体离子-子离子,最大限度地消除了干扰。根据多反应监测模式下最佳前体离子-子离子色谱积分面积与浓度的关系,建立了痕量苯基生物基两性表面活性剂的定量方法。结果表明,苯基生物基两性表面活性在酸性条件下更易正离子化,分别形成m/z=503.4的[M+H]^(+)和m/z=525.4的[M+Na]^(+),强度最强的[M+H]^(+)的前体离子对应子离子m/z=400.4。在多反应监测模式下,色谱的峰面积与浓度有很好的线性关系,线性相关系数大于0.995,检出限为8.39 ng/mL,相对标准偏差小于0.8%,回收率在95.0%~103%之间。该方法可用于实验室研究阶段和环境样品中苯基两性表面活性剂的定量测定。
Phenyl bio-based amphoteric surfactant can reduce the oil-water interfacial tension to an ultra-low level under alkali-free conditions,which is an alternative surfactant for constructing oil displacement system.In this study,liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)was used to identify the strong ionization of phenyl bio-based amphoteric surfactants and their strongest product ions,andthe best precursor ions-product ions were selected to eliminate the interference to the maximum extent.A quantitative analysis method for trace phenyl bio-based amphoteric surfactants was established according to the relationship between the integral chromatography area and concentration of the best precursor ion-product ion under the multi-reaction monitoring mode.The results showed that the phenyl bio-based amphoteric surfactants were more likely to be positively ionized under acid conditions,forming[M+Na]^(+)of m/z=503.4 and[M+Na]^(+)of m/z=525.4,and the production ion m/z=400.4 corresponding to the strongest precursor ion,respectively.Under the multi-reaction monitoring mode,there was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration,the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.995,the limit of detection was 8.39 ng/mL,the relative standard deviation of 6 parallel experiments was less than 0.8%,and the recoveries were between 95.0%and 103%.This method minimizes interference and can be used for the quantitative determination of phenyl amphoteric surfactants in laboratory research and environmental samples.
