摘要:通过同晶取代、直接合成的方法制备了小晶粒的B-HZSM-5分子筛催化剂,采用XRD、BET、NH3-TPD、SEM和ICPAES等手段进行表征,并将催化剂应用于甲醇制丙烯反应进行性能评价。结果表明:与常规HZSM-5分子筛和常规B-HZSM-5分子筛相比,制备的分子筛晶粒尺寸明显减小,比表面积增大,同时弱酸量增加,强酸量减少;小晶粒分子筛催化剂表现出更高的丙烯选择性以及活性稳定性。
A small crystal B-HZSM-5 zeolite was direct synthesized by isomorphous substitution and characterized by XRD, BET, NH3-TPD, SEM and ICP-AES, and its catalytic pel^formances in methanol to propylene (MTP) reaction was evaluated in a fixed bed reactor. The results showed that compared with the conventional HZSM-5 and B-HZSM-5, the small crystal B-HZSM-5 had much smaller crystal size and larger specific surface area, and markedly increased the strength of weak acid sites and decreased the strong acid sites, which resulted in a much higher selectivity to propylene and a more stable activity.
