摘要：当前收入差距拉大引发的社会极化问题已成为中国社会最为敏感问题之一。对于收入分配是否存在倒“U”型曲线、市场机制能否自动收敛收入分配差距、经济效率和社会公平如何平衡等三个问题的思考和价值判断,影响着中国公共政策的走向。而建立法制社会、规范政府行为等政策建议的提出,则为解决当前中国社会极化问题提供了一些有益的思考。
Currently Chinese social polarization problem caused by the income gap of different classes has become one of the most sensitive social issues influencing the social and economic sustainable development. By analyzing three relative issues about it such as whether there exists the inverted U curve in the income distribution, wether market mechanism can automatically fill the income gap and how to balance economic efficiency and social fairness. These issues influence the trend of Chinese public policies. The ideas of building socialist logal system and standardizing governmental behavior can solve the current problem of social polarization in Chinese society.
