摘要: 研究了以二氧化锰为氧化剂,苯胺(ANI)化学氧化聚合的新型反应。探讨了氧化剂的用量、反应体系酸度、苯胺用量、反应温度、酸的种类等条件对聚苯胺(PANI)的产率和电导率的影响。在2.7mol/L的盐酸介质中二氧化锰与苯胺摩尔比为0.7的条件下室温氧化聚合4h,可得到电导率为12.5S/cm的聚苯胺,产率为73%。对产物聚苯胺的结构用红外光谱和紫外-可见光谱进行了表征。
Aniline can be polymerized by either an electrochemical or a chemical oxidation process. This paper describes a unique process of chemical oxidation polymerization of polyaniline using manganese dioxide as the oxidizing agent in the aqueous media. The reaction between aniline and manganese dioxide follows the wellknow mechanism, by which the metal oxide undergoes reductive dissolution while the organic monomer is oxidized. The effect of the dosage of oxidizing agent, pH of reactive system, dosage of aniline, temperature of reaction, sort of acids, etc on the yield and conductivity of polyaniline thereof are discussed. The obtained polyaniline is characterized by IR and UVVis spectra. Polyaniline with the conductivity 12.5 S/cm is obtained using 2 mL of aniline oxidized by 2 g manganese dioxide in the present of 100 mL of 2.7 mol/L HCl at the temperature of 25 ℃ for 4 h.
