摘要：本文借鉴国外学者体面劳动水平测量方法,分别从就业、工作权利、社会保护、社会对话四个方面选取了相应的指标,测算了多个国家的体面劳动指数。结果显示,在所测量的40个国家中,我国体面劳动得分处于中下游水平,与欧美发达国家还有明显的差距。另外本文还发现,体面劳动程度总体上与经济发展水平呈正相关关系。
According to measuring methods of decent work level employed by foreign scholars,this paper respectively selects the corresponding indicators from employment,work rights,social protection and social dialogue,and estimates decent work index of several countries.According to the result,China＇s decent work index standard was one of the lower ones amongst all 40 countries being measured and was significantly lower than in the developed western countries.And also this paper finds out that decent work level and economic development degree are positively related in China.
