摘要:传统的温室控制设备可靠性低,控制效果差,针对这一市场现状,提出了智能温室控制理论。可以采用可编程控制器对温室进行控制,其中控制要求包括温度控制,通风控制,遮光控制等。特别添加了报警装置,实现温室的安全控制,同时可以实现自动/手动控制的无扰动切换。利用上位机对温室系统进行监测与控制,便于实现远程控制。本文重点介绍了系统的硬件组成和软件结构及设计,以及设备之间的通讯。运行程序表明,系统功能完善,运行稳定,PLC与组态王的联合使用提高了系统的可靠性,并且操作简便,易于维护,可以普及。
The reliability and effect of the traditional greenhouse control device is low. For this situation,the intelligent greenhouse control theory is proposed in this paper. We adopt the programmable logic controller to control the greenhouse system. The system includes temperature control,ventilation control and sunshade control and has the automatic / manual control switching without disturbance achieved. The greenhouse system can be monitoring and controlled through the upper monitor connecting with the system and accomplish remote control easily. The component of hardware and design of software structure are introduced and the communication between devices are also presented in detail. Running the program shows that the system is perfect,steady,more reliable with the combination of PLC and King View,easy to operate,maintain and recommendable to be used in greenhouse control.
