摘要：NOVELTY - A rubber composite material is prepared by mixing (pts. wt.) zinc oxide (2-40), accelerating agent (0-10), sulfur (0-5), carbon black (0-100), other additives (0-100) and water (balance); grinding obtained mixture to obtain powder having grain diameter of not greater than 5 mu m; adding rubber latex (100 pts. wt.); mixing, drying at 40-150 degrees C for 10-90 minutes; and vulcanizing. USE - Method of preparing a rubber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves dispersing property of the composite, and prepares product having high elasticity and high abrasion resistant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A rubber composite material is prepared by mixing (pts. wt.) zinc oxide (2-40), accelerating agent (0-10), sulfur (0-5), carbon black (0-100), other additives (0-100) and water (balance); grinding obtained mixture to obtain powder having grain diameter of not greater than 5 mu m; adding rubber latex (100 pts. wt.); mixing, drying at 40-150 degrees C for 10-90 minutes; and vulcanizing. The accelerating agent is 2-sulfhydryl benzothiazole, 2,2'-phenothiazine benzothiazole, 2-mercaprol benzothiazole zinc salt, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, N-ethylenedioxythiophene-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, N,N-bicyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, N-tertiary butyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, N,N-diisopropyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, 2-(4-morpholinyl dithio)benzothiazole, N-ethylenedioxythiophene carbamyl-N'-ethylenedioxythiophene sulfenamide, tetramethyl thiuram monosulfide, tetramethylthiuram disulfide, tetraethylthiuramdisulfide, hexasulfide (tetrasulfite)dipentamethylene thiuram disulfide, zinc dimethyldithiocarbamate, zinc dibutyl dithiocarbamate, N-ethyl-N-phenyl zinc dibutyl dithiocarbamate, 1,3-melaniline, N,N'-di-o-tolylguanidine, ethylene thiourea, and/or 1,3-diethyl-2-thiocarbamide. The other assistant is sulfonated castor oil, sodium dibudinate, sodium pyrophosphate, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium sulfonate, and/or silicon dioxide. The rubber latex is natural rubber latex, butylbenzene latex, butadiene latex, neoprene rubber latex, butadiene rubber latex or butyl latex.
