摘要:NOVELTY - High heat-stability phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant material comprises phosphorus-nitrogen expansion flame retardant, molecular sieve loading active component and organic polymer for flame retarding. The phosphorus-nitrogen expansion flame is pentaerythrityl phosphate, di-pentaerythrityl phosphate, tri-pentaerythrityl phosphate, pentaerythritol phosphate, or its corresponding melamine, ammonium polyphosphate, multiple system of melamine phosphate, or pentaerythritol. Flame retardant organic polymer is polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), or acetatevinyl acrylate polymer. USE - Phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant material is used for promoting cross linkage. ADVANTAGE - Transition metal and phosphorus-nitrogen expansion flame retardant used for promoting cross linkage is loaded on an acid molecular sieve so that decomposition temperature of the phosphorus-nitrogen expansion flame retardant organic polymer is increased and stability and flame retardant property is improved.
