摘要:钎焊接头蠕变断裂是高温紧凑式回热器的主要失效形式之一。为研究钎焊接头的蠕变失效过程,运用有限元分析软件Abaqus建立了T型钎焊接头的有限元模型,对T型接头在600℃下蠕变裂纹扩展过程进行了数值模拟,得到了此类接头的蠕变裂纹扩展规律。其结果表明:T型接头的蠕变裂纹扩展可分为起裂、稳定扩展、快速扩展三个阶段;起裂过程中,随着蠕变时间的增加,钎焊焊缝边缘处的高应力区会发生应力松弛;起裂时间与载荷呈幂律关系;随着施加载荷的增加,蠕变裂纹扩展速率上升越快。
Creep rupture is one of major failure types of brazed joints in plate-fin compact regenerator. In order to understand the creep failure process of brazing joint, finite element model of T-type brazing joint was built by Abaqus software. The creep crack propagation of T-type brazing joint under 600℃ was modeled and laws of creep crack propagation was obtained. The results show that the creep crack propagation for T-type brazing joints consists of three stages, including creep crack initiation, stable crack growth and the accelerated crack propagation. The crack initiation time has power law relation with the load and The rate of crack propagation increases quickly with the increase of applied load.
