摘要:以SnCl4·5H2 O和SbCl3为原料 ,采用共沉淀法制得了粒径为几个到几十个纳米的SnO2超细粉。运用差示扫描量热法 -失重分析 (DSC TG)、X 射线衍射 (XRD)、透射电镜 (TEM)等观测手段对微粉末进行了表征 ;并对其晶粒生长过程进行了研究。实验表明 ,粉末为具有四方相金红石结构的掺Sb二氧化锡多晶不规则椭球粒 ;煅烧温度 <60 0℃时 ,样品处于结构调整阶段 ,逐步成核并缓慢生长 ,晶粒成核及生长活化能为 4 2 5kJ·mol- 1;煅烧温度 >60 0℃时 ,晶化程度很高 ,晶粒较快生长 ,晶粒生长活化能为 3 7 0 8kJ·mol- 1。
Antimony doped SnO 2 ultrafine powders in size from several to decades nanometers were prepared by chemical coprecipitation using SnCl 4·5H 2O and SbCl 3 as precursors.The characteristics of the powders were investigated by differential scanning calarmeutry and thermogravimetric analysis(DSC TG),X ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The crystallization process of the sample was also studied.The results indicated that the powders were antimony doped tin oxide polycrystalline particles with tetragonal SnO 2 phasese(rutile).The particle size of antimony doped SnO 2 increased very slowly with firing temperatures below 600℃ while grew rapidly with firing temperatures above 600℃ The adjustment in structure of the sample was completed when the firing temperature was up to 600℃.The activation energing for growth of antimony doped SnO 2 ultrafine powders was 4 25kJ.mol -1 with firing temperatures below 600℃ and 37.08kJ·mol -1 with firing temperatures above 600℃.
