摘要：网球运动的职业化在西方已经十分成熟,为了摸清我国网球运动员的职业化进程,本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法对我国当前网球运动的体制、管理、市场、训练竞赛等实际问题进行了分析,提出解决我国网球职业化进程中存在的问题及对策。
Professionalization of tennis has been very mature in the West.In order to find out the professionalization process of tennis players in our country,this paper analyzes the current system,management,market,training and competition,etc.of tennis in China through literature review,questionnaire survey and expert interviews.The actual problems are analyzed,and the solutions to the problems in the process of tennis professionalization in our country are put forward.
