摘要:Nowadays, the concept of environmental protection has been deeply rooted in people's hearts, and consumers tend to buy more environmentally friendly products under the same conditions. Meanwhilst, as product functions become increasingly standardised, emotional factors like aesthetics have emerged as crucial determinants of consumer choices. At present, few studies have explored methods to generate design schemes that balance aesthetic appeal with environmental sustainability. Therefore, this paper introduces a user-centric green design method for generating product forms that minimise the consumption of product materials whilst pursuing aesthetically pleasing product forms. First, the area of product surface material and consumers' aesthetic preference of the beverage bottle sample set are calculated. Second, the decision tree regression model and the K-means clustering method are applied for multi-objective decision optimisation to obtain the approximately optimal sample set in terms of the consumption of materials and aesthetic preference, along with the key form feature data of the sample set. Finally, the obtained data are used as constraints to generate a new product form. This paper takes beverage bottles as the design practice object to verify the validity and applicability of the proposed method, aiming to provide methodological guidance and a theoretical foundation for designers.
