摘要:NOVELTY - The present invention discloses an ethylene catalytically oxidizing process to synthesize epoxyethane. The catalyst carrier consists of one ring column and several parallel sheets inside the ring column to form parallel reaction gas channels. ADVANTAGE - The present invention has low epoxyethane production cost. Compared with prior art, the present invention has the following advantages: short diffusion path of ethylene and oxygen a reactive components in oxidizing catalyst and carrier to result in reduced inner diffusion effect and temperature rise, selectivity and space-time yield of epoxyethane; reduced pressure drop and circular pressure of reaction gas passing through catalyst bed; and increased radical heat transfer in catalyst bed to result in reduced temperature rise inside bed, raised selectivity of epoxyethane and lowered consumption of ethylene and oxygen.
